How the Program Works
Each roundtable hosts 5–9 participants in a 2-hour facilitated session, co-led by one international and one Vietnamese certified coach — delivered in English (with interpretation) or Vietnamese.
Following the initial on-site session, your organization receives all materials needed to continue facilitating the remaining 9 values internally. Our Vietnam team provides ongoing support every step of the way.
