About Me

I’m Thanh Nguyen, an executive coach, keynote speaker, and bestselling author. I help professionals and organizations achieve breakthrough results while cultivating joy.

For over 20 years, I worked in engineering and leadership, including serving as Vice President of Engineering for a major EPC firm. But my story didn’t begin in boardrooms. I arrived in the U.S. alone as a teenager—with no English, no money, and no family. Within my first month, I faced abuse from the very person who was supposed to be my sponsor. Those early hardships forged my resilience, my belief in possibility, and my determination to help others thrive.

I’ve been mentored by leadership and personal growth giants like John C. Maxwell, Jack Canfield, and Dan Miller, and I’ve had the honor of sharing the stage at the Maxwell International Leadership Conference. Today, I use my story, expertise, and heart to help others live and lead with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
